 | Donnette Caisey – Operations Supervisor Donnette Caisey, ACII is the supervisor of Bermuda Operations and has been with Hiscox since July 2006. Donnette has worked in various areas of the insurance industry for approximately 20 years most recently at AIG in the area of Risk Management. Previously she was a Vice President Casualty Broker with Marsh Bermuda. Donnette has a business degree from St Mary’s University in Canada, a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. | | | |  | Alikeh Doyle- Claims Analyst Alikeh began her career as a catastrophe model analyst at XL Reinsurance in 2002. While at XL her primary responsibility was modeling and portfolio roll up of the XL Re international book of business. In September 2006 she joined New Castle Reinsurance as a senior underwriting analyst, modeling both US and International programs. She also gained experience in underwriting and letter of credit processing. When New Castle was acquired by Torus Insurance in early 2009 she moved into underwriting joining the US Property Desk. When Torus wound down in the fall of 2011 Alikeh remained on a short term basis to assist with the processing of historical and current claims. Alikeh received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint Mary’s University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She holds her Are, CPCU and CCRA designations. | | | |  | Suzette Crichlow – Senior Technical Assistant Suzette has been with Hiscox since August 2008. Her current role is Senior Technical Assistant. Prior to joining Hiscox and for the past ten years Suzette worked in Human Resources, her previous position being Assistant Vice President, HR Relationship Manager at HSBC Bermuda. Having spent the first three years of her working career as an Underwriting Assistant at ACE Insurance Company (Bermuda), Suzette has always had the desire to return to the Insurance/Reinsurance industry. She graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelors degree in Business Education and from Webster University with a Masters degree in Management. | | | |  | Aaron Medeiros – Technical Administrator Joined Hiscox in November of 2008 on a temporary basis after transitioning from the Hospitality Industry. He previously worked at a hotel as Assistant Manager and then Assistant General Manager, from May 2003-October 2008. Following the closure of the hotel, Aaron was eager to pursue a career in the Insurance industry at a company where he could learn and progress within the industry. When a fulltime position became available he was hired on a permanent basis as a Technical Administrator in May 2009. | | | |  | Nicole Francis – Administrative Assistant & Claims Nicole joined Hiscox in August of 2009 as the Operations Administrator working with our Claims Analyst assisting with paying claims, creating new claims, and also filing claim updates. Graduating from Cedarbridge Academy with top marks in 2004 Nicole then took up a series of Administrative Courses at Cranleigh Ltd. | | | |
 | Cornell Fox – Operations Technician Cornell graduated from King’s College London in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Business Management and joined Hiscox as a fulltime employee in September 2011. Cornell has completed summer internships with Hiscox in London and Bermuda and in his present role he is primarily responsible for loss reporting. During his spare time, he serves on the Bermuda Society’s Committee of Management and is currently pursuing studies for the CFA designation. Cornell is also an avid pipe organist and presently serves as the Director of Music for St. John’s Anglican Church. | | | |
 | Stephen Benn – Management Information Analyst Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics, starting with Towers Perrin in 2001 while still completing his degree. In January 2006 he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Bermuda, making the switch from pensions to the reinsurance industry, working as a reserving actuary. Stephen joined Hiscox Bermuda in June 2009.
| | | |  | Andrea Santolalla - Risk & Compliance Specialist Andrea joined Hiscox in February 2012 as a Risk & Compliance Specialist after working at the Bermuda Monetary Authority in the Insurance Division. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and holds a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services Management from Boston University | | | |  | Andy Wetmiller – Lead Systems Architect Andy joined Hiscox Bermuda in March 2011 as its Lead Systems Architect. He brought with him a diverse range of education and work experience. Andy graduated in 1996 from Queen’s University in Canada with a business degree focused on Management Information Systems, Business Law, and Philosophy. Over the years, he has earned several certifications both technical and business related. These include the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, the Oracle Certified Database Administrator, the Associate in Reinsurance, and the Certificate in Performance Measurement. Prior to joining Hiscox, Andy had worked since 1996 as a consultant, providing business and technology solutions for numerous clients in Canada, the United States, Bermuda and the Caribbean. He has experience designing and developing systems for the Insurance, Reinsurance, Finance, Banking, and Telecommunications sectors. Andy is responsible for providing Hiscox Bermuda with efficient and effective systems that support all of its business functions. | | | |
 | Steven Blowers – Network Administrator Steven joined Hiscox Bermuda in May 2008 as Network Administrator, responsible for all aspects of IT relating to the Head Office and the Bermuda Treaty and Cat Modelling environment. Prior to joining Hiscox Steven worked for two years in Dubai as IT Manager for a start-up telecoms advisory and investment firm. |
